RiskQuest Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of
RiskQuest. By using RiskQuest, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If
you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
You must be at least 13 years old to use RiskQuest.
Users under 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent.
RiskQuest is a virtual entertainment platform. All
gameplay, balances, rewards, items, and mechanics are simulated and have
no real-world monetary value.
RiskQuest does not offer real-money gambling, wagering, betting, or
cash-out functionality. Virtual currency cannot be redeemed, exchanged,
sold, or transferred for real-world value.
Virtual balances are provided for entertainment only and may be
modified, reset, reduced, or removed at any time.
RiskQuest makes no guarantees regarding balance persistence, accuracy,
or availability.
Gameplay outcomes may be influenced by skill, probability, randomness,
and system mechanics. No outcome is guaranteed.
RiskQuest does not guarantee wins, success, or favorable results.
Users agree not to exploit bugs, abuse mechanics, use automation,
scripts, cheats, or engage in unsportsmanlike conduct.
RiskQuest reserves the right to take corrective action including balance
resets, suspensions, or permanent bans.
All items, abilities, upgrades, and features are virtual licenses, not
ownership rights.
RiskQuest may rebalance, modify, or remove items at any time without
notice.
RiskQuest is provided "AS IS" and
"AS AVAILABLE". We do not guarantee uninterrupted
access or error-free gameplay.
RiskQuest is not responsible for losses caused by bugs, crashes, sync
issues, server downtime, or unintended behavior.
RiskQuest may suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time,
with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or to protect
platform integrity.
All content, code, game logic, designs, trademarks, and branding
associated with RiskQuest are the exclusive property of RiskQuest.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution is prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RiskQuest and its creators shall
not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or emotional
damages arising from use of the platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RiskQuest from any claims,
damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or
violation of these Terms.
RiskQuest reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under applicable laws,
without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of
RiskQuest.
